UpScalp Premium Access Bot Commands

Reference for the UpScalp Premium Access bot commands used to verify Premium access in Telegram.

Last reviewed: 2026-06-03.

Use this reference when you are verifying Premium access through the UpScalp Premium Access bot.

The Premium Access bot is for access verification. The Premium signals bot is where Premium users receive signals and change scanner settings.

Command list

Command
What it does

/start

Begins Premium access verification, or shows your Premium links if you already have access.

/status

Checks whether your Telegram account already has Premium access.

/cancel

Cancels the current verification flow.

/settings

Explains that settings belong in the Premium signals bot.

/config

Shows the same Access bot clarification as /settings.

/cfg

Shows the same Access bot clarification as /settings.

/help

Shows the same Access bot clarification as /settings.

What /start does

Use /start in the Premium Access bot when you want to verify Premium access.

If your Telegram account already has Premium access, the bot shows the Premium signals bot link and Premium group link.

If you do not have Premium access yet, the bot asks for your Solana wallet address and shows the required UPSCALP holding amount for access.

After you send your wallet address, the bot asks you to prove that you control the wallet. It gives you a verification memo and asks for a Solana transaction signature that includes that memo.

After the ownership proof is accepted, the bot checks the wallet's UPSCALP balance. If the wallet meets the access requirement, the bot grants Premium access and sends the Premium links.

What /status does

Use /status when you want to check your Premium access state.

If your Telegram account already has access, the bot shows the Premium signals bot link and Premium group link.

If your Telegram account does not have access yet, the bot tells you to use /start to begin verification.

What /cancel does

Use /cancel to exit the current verification flow.

This is useful if you entered the wrong wallet, the verification challenge expired, or you want to start again later.

After cancelling, use /start when you are ready to try again.

Why /settings, /config, /cfg, and /help do not open scanner settings

The Premium Access bot does not manage scanner settings.

If you send /settings, /config, /cfg, or /help in the Premium Access bot, it explains that the supported Access bot commands are /start, /status, and /cancel.

Use /settings in the Premium signals bot to change Premium scanner settings.

Safety notes

Only use official UpScalp links when verifying access.

Never send your seed phrase, private key, exchange password, or Telegram login code to anyone.

The Premium Access bot only needs the wallet address, the verification transaction signature, and the proof steps it shows inside Telegram.

When to contact support

Contact support if:

  1. /start does not begin verification.

  2. /status shows the wrong access state.

  3. Your wallet proof is accepted but access is not granted.

  4. The balance check times out repeatedly.

  5. You are unsure whether you are using the official Premium Access bot.

Include your Telegram username, UTC timestamp, the command used, the bot response, and the wallet address you are trying to verify. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords, or Telegram login codes.
