## Is UpScalp guaranteed profit?

No. Trading has risk and losses are possible. No signal, label, guide, or beta setup guarantees an outcome.

Read: [Legal and Trading Risk Notice](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/trust-and-safety/upscalp-legal-and-risk-notice)

## Is UpScalp financial advice?

No. UpScalp provides informational tools, educational content, and market setup context. It does not provide personalized financial advice.

3. [Lite vs Premium](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/start-here/upscalp-plans-and-access)

## Where are the official links?

Use [Official Links and Channels](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/reference/upscalp-official-links) before clicking Telegram, support, social, or market-reference links.

## Why do I sometimes receive fewer signals?

Signal volume can change with market conditions and the quality of available setups. Fewer signals does not automatically mean your setup is broken.

If expected messages are missing, use [Signals Not Arriving](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/troubleshooting/upscalp-troubleshooting-no-signals).

## What do Green, Yellow, and Red mean?

Green, Yellow, and Red are market-condition labels. They summarize whether the current environment looks healthier, mixed, or hostile for acting on signals.

They are not profit guarantees and they are not permission to ignore entry, stop loss, take-profit, slippage, or position-size checks.

Read: [Volatility Traffic Light](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/trading-principles/upscalp-volatility-traffic-light)

## Can I trade from the signal alone?

No. A signal is a structured setup to evaluate. Before entering, check the symbol, direction, entry area, stop loss, take-profit area, context, fees, slippage, and your own risk rule.

If any required field is unclear or no longer valid, skip the trade.

## Does a high-quality signal mean low risk?

No. Quality labels are context. They do not remove stop-loss, position-size, slippage, leverage, or execution risk.

## When should I skip a signal?

Skip when entry is late, stop-loss distance breaks your risk rule, context is unclear, or you are trading from pressure.

Read: [When to Skip an UpScalp Signal](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/trading-principles/upscalp-when-to-skip-a-signal)

## What should I check before my first UpScalp trade?

Before any first trade, confirm:

1. You are using an official UpScalp route.
2. Telegram alerts are visible and unmuted.
3. You can explain every signal field.
4. The stop-loss distance fits your risk rule.
5. You know the reason you would skip.
6. You are not testing setup by placing a trade.

## Is the API publicly available?

No. The API is a Premium Holder Private Beta for approved users only.

Eligible users should start with the official Access Bot: `https://t.me/upscalp_access_bot`

Do not create exchange API keys before approval, and never enable withdrawal permissions for any exchange connection.

## Do Lite or Premium require exchange API keys?

No. Lite and Premium give you signals and information. They do not require you to connect an exchange account or create exchange API keys.

Only approved Private Beta users should follow beta setup instructions. Stop if any instruction asks for withdrawal permissions or asks you to send API keys in Telegram, email, chat, or support messages.

## What does UpScalp automate?

Lite and Premium do not place trades for you. The approved Private Beta API can act on the exchange in specific approved ways only.

Read: [What UpScalp Does and Does Not Automate](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/trading-principles/upscalp-what-upscalp-does-and-does-not-automate)

## What if a bot, link, or support DM asks for secrets?

Stop. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords, API secrets, one-time codes, or withdrawal-related credentials.

Verify the route from [Official Links and Channels](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/reference/upscalp-official-links) and use [Security and Account Protection](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/trust-and-safety/upscalp-security-and-account-protection) if you already clicked or shared anything sensitive.

## Does the UPSCALP token guarantee access, value, liquidity, or trading results?

No. Token pages are disclosure and reference material. They do not guarantee price, liquidity, listing status, market cap, trading access, or trading outcomes.

Read: [Tokenomics and Supply Disclosure](https://upscalp.gitbook.io/upscalp-docs/reference/upscalp-upscalp-tokenomics-and-supply-disclosure)

## Can support tell me whether to enter a trade?

No. Support can help with product access, setup, official routes, troubleshooting, and documentation issues. Support cannot make trading decisions for you.

## Does UpScalp take a percentage of my trades or profits?

No. Lite and Premium do not execute or settle trades on your behalf. UpScalp does not take a percentage of your trade result in Lite or Premium. Premium access is currently gated by holding UPSCALP tokens, not by per-trade or profit-share fees. Exchange fees, spreads, funding, slippage, and network costs are separate and depend on the venue or wallet you use.

## What if my exchange goes offline while a trade is open?

The trade is on your exchange, not on UpScalp. Exchange downtime is between you and your exchange. UpScalp cannot move, cancel, or manage your position during an exchange outage in Lite or Premium. Check your exchange's status page and follow its documented recovery process.

## What if a signal hits stop loss while I am asleep?

A stop-loss order you placed on the exchange will trigger whether or not you are awake. UpScalp does not place orders for you in Lite or Premium, so the stop loss is on you to set up before you step away. If your exchange did not accept a stop-loss order, or if a stop-loss instruction was never entered, the position can stay open past the planned invalidation.
